When you open the file, Android will ask whether apps from this source may be installed. Allow it for the browser or file manager you are opening it from, and the usual installation follows.

The image holds the app; drag it into Applications.

Windows will show the blue SmartScreen window. "More info" → "Run anyway".

The iPhone and iPad app is in open testing on TestFlight. Open the link on your phone to become a tester - no separate TestFlight invitation needed.

First install Apple's free TestFlight app from the App Store. Then open the link and tap Accept → Install. Updates will arrive through TestFlight on their own.
