A change is creating an item, saving an edit, writing a comment or saving a place. Hiding, moving to trash and deleting for good don’t count. Receiving things from others is unlimited.

Everything you created during the trial stays with you. If you have more items or data than the free plan allows, nothing gets deleted: you can view and tidy up, and add new things after upgrading or once there is room.
