Folders and trees
Files, notes, checklists, mail, contacts and places each have their own folders, and dragging into them works.
Hide what you do not need
Hidden disappears for you and stays for everyone else: it is your view, not a property of the entity.
Importance
Three levels, visible both in the row and in the section menu, so the important thing does not sink in a long list.
File versions
Replace a file and keep its whole history, roll back to an earlier one - and an attachment remembers the exact version it was given.

A file, another note, a task or a contact goes into the body of a note as a living entity, not as a mention of one.
