How do I get started?
Sign up in the app and confirm your email - the account opens by itself, starting with the trial. No card needed.
What does it cost?
Right now everyone is on the trial — it lasts until payments go live, and the free plan limits don’t apply until then. After that there will be a free plan, Personal at $6.99 a month and Family at $12.99 for up to 5 people; prices and limits are preliminary — see the Pricing page. What you create won’t be lost or locked away.
Who can see what you create?
Only you, and the people you have explicitly given access to. Access can be revoked at any moment.
Do you use cookies?
Not one. The browser only keeps what the app cannot work without: your session, your language, your theme and small interface details. There is no analytics and there are no advertising trackers at all.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes: in transit and on disk, and files in such a way that none of our providers can read them on its own. There is no end-to-end encryption.
Can data be lost?
We do everything to prevent it: encrypted backups are made every night, and restoring from them has been tested. But the service is at an early stage, so for anything truly important keep your own copies too.
Where does it run?
The web in any modern browser, iOS through TestFlight, Android as a direct download, macOS and Windows as native apps. Same account and same data everywhere.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time: your profile has "Download my data". It's one archive with everything you own: notes, tasks, events, people, places, emails and files with all their versions, in open formats.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us and we will delete it along with everything in it. A self-service button is being built.
Found a bug, or have an idea. Where do you write?
To the same address. Those letters are read by the people building the product, and at this stage they genuinely shape what it becomes.
